Philately Graphs

I bought a scanner, and I've been collecting stamps for reference (I love those tiny canvases). 💌

Some context: Philately is the name of the study of postage stamps, stamped envelopes, postmarks, postcards, and other materials relating to postal delivery. After stamps, the recipient of a letter—not the sender—had to pay the postage; the postage stamp permitted the letter to come free of charge to the recipient, rendering it untaxed. And this is amazing, the word Philately, thanks to the Frenchman George Herpin (1864), came from the greek Philos, "love," and Ateleia, "that which is tax-free."

So, if you love tax-free or awesome graphics on a tiny canvas, you are always welcome to follow this project on instagram.
